IDEOLOGY “TO EAT”/

One day, someone had the courage to taste an artichoke, despite its hostile shape.

They had the enterprise to eat something that had been thrown into the fire.

They had the ingenuity to entrust a seed to the earth and take care of it.

They experienced the wonder of watching a good and nutritious fruit grow.

The discoveries of these early humans have become Propaganda Alimentare.

They ran to others shouting, “eat that grass!”, “cooked is better!”, “more fruit, less berries!”, “hands off that mushroom!”.

By trying and tasting, they learned to distinguish what is food from what is not. They learned to harvest, process, preserve. They decided to sit in a circle and eat together.

/

Today, we have drifted away from the origin of what we eat, we have lost the story that brings food to us.

We must start over, redo the work of the first eaters. We must again learn to distinguish, choose, transform, preserve. We must sit together around a table.

/

We want the good and the pleasant, and also the fair. We want to eat while looking each other in the eyes, because we are sure of what's on the plate.

/

That's why we do Propaganda. To practice a new edible culture, where eating well is something that everyone can do."
